Shmuli (Paul Simon) is a transactions lawyer and a litigator, whose early practice was a mix of cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdiction litigation.

In the last decade, Shmuli built a niche practice, conducting forensic investigations of freehold and leasehold titles and for several years, Shmuli consulted for ground rent investors and managing agents, including various in-house roles. Since returning to private practice, Shmuli has become one of the most sought-after litigators, specialising in block management and leasehold law. A member of The Property Institute, Shmuli’s client roster includes freeholders and head-leaseholders, Residents’ Management Company, including RTM companies, leaseholders, managing agents and Tribunal-appointed managers. Shmuli regularly appears in front of the First-tier Tribunal and in the County Court.

Since 2016, Shmuli represents GPs, in front of NHS panels and against the GMC, in the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal.
