Shmuli (Paul Simon) qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and his cross-border experience as a corporate transactions and litigation lawyer led to him being head-hunted to work at Israel’s largest law firm (Gross Kleinhendler, Hodak Halevy Greenberg & Co, now Goldfarb Gross Seligman). Since 2012, Shmuli has worked in-house for managing agents and ground rent investors and most recently was a consultant to Taylor Rose MW.

Since 2012, Shmuli has developed a niche practice, conducting forensic investigations of freehold and leasehold titles and is one of the most sought-after litigators, specialising in block management and leasehold law, acting for freeholders and leaseholders, as well as RMC directors and Tribunal-appointed managers. Shmuli is also a member of The Property Institute and an Associate of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

In 2016, Shmuli started representing GPs, in front of NHS Performers panels and against the GMC, in the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal.
