Dagmar has over twenty years’ professional experience split between law, investment banking and business.

After practising as a corporate lawyer at Clifford Chance and Skadden Arps, she pursued an MBA and worked in investment banking before running a fashion start-up backed by a UK hedge fund manager. Latterly, Dagmar has acted as General Counsel to a UK fintech lender and was part of its Executive Management.  Other in-house experience includes a two year secondment to the in-house legal and M&A departments of AIRBUS in France.

Dagmar’s practice is centred on M&A and corporate finance transactions (both public and private), JVs, private equity and assistance to portfolio companies and delivering commercially focussed advice to owner-led businesses.  She has particular experience in fintech and financial services as well as TMT but has extensive sector-agnostic experience of cross-border deals across the EMEA region.
