Charlotte Turnbull is Head of Employment at WLegal. She joined the firm in 2020, having previously worked as a partner at a boutique employment law firm based in the City of London. Prior to that, Charlotte worked for a variety of firms including a City practice, a regional heavyweight, a boutique practice in Lincoln’s Inn and one of Australia’s “Big Six” law firms in Sydney.
Charlotte was also the Managing Director of an HR Consultancy & Advisory company, which provided an outsourced HR consulting and advisory facility to SMEs.
Charlotte has significant experience in dealing with non-contentious and contentious matters for both employers and employees on topics such as business restructuring, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and equal pay, family and pregnancy-related issues, flexible working, restrictive covenants, restraint of trade, confidentiality and intellectual property, TUPE and unfair dismissal.
